[CH] The Bread

I received a sample of "The Bread" in today's mail with A Happy New Year
note on the bag containing this slice of heat heaven.  I(correctly, for me,
as it turns out)was conservative in my approach, taking a couple of small
bites and waiting to see how it went.  Well, the burn started slowly, but
built up to a fine intensity that had real staying power.  I was impressed,
to say the least.  I continued my experience by taking an occasional nibble
as the heat diminished to bolster the burn.  What a great way to start out
the New Year!

As someone who is primarily a hot sauce fanatic, I particularly enjoyed
learning this new way to enjoy heat. It's a different sensation to
experience the heat "dry".
