too bad you're only going/coming to San Fran - about 100 miles south is
Castroville and Don (Central Texan BBQ) has not only great ribs,
brisket, chicken & hot sausages, but a nice selection of sauces at each
table to add extra "fire"

Subject: [CH] San Francisco Spice?
I'm going to be in SF this coming April. I know the city is not
known
for fiery cuisine but can anyone recommend some interesting
restaurants to
check out? I'm happy with anything funky, ethnic, and spicy
even if its
not laced with chile peppers (although that would be nice). I
may have a
car so Berkeley/Oakland may also be do-able. Also, does anyone
have
pub/nightspot suggestions?
Thanks!
