	I was lucky enough to be a recipient of a sample of Jim's Bread, as were
several others.  Let me just say that it was definitely an experience!
Even though I knew ahead of time that it would live up to it's reputation,
I wasn't quite prepared for that first bite!
	Even though it was a good 15 minutes before I ascertained that I had not,
in fact, lost all of the skin on the inside of my mouth, I must say that
the flavor was incredible!  I was pleasantly surprised by the fullness of
flavor in addition to the heat!
	And so I say to Jim that I appreciate the experience and his generosity,
and a new door hath been opened unto me, thus sayeth El Grande...
