I am here to say to all the newbies on the list that Jim's kind shipments 
of THE BREAD have provided many of us with a true religious experience 
and has given me a new goal to strive for.  

Jim very kindly sent a chunk to us for our hotluck last Fall.  Alas the 
hotluck did not happen but Kay and I have be savoring and sharing thin 
(VERY thin) slices of THE BREAD.  Its unique and nutty flavor and slow 
build of heat have introduced me to a new level of flavor complexity and 
inspired me with a desire to build my heat tolerence so that I can get 
past heat to flavor in so many of the chile concoctions that are 
available along trails already blazed by the frontrunners on this list.

Jim's intent, to increase the good feeling among the list membes, has 
certainly been achieved and I for one offer him a resounding THANK YOU!
