We eat frequently at Red Lobster but I am not sure the Louisiana Sally Catfish is on the menu here (Sacramento, CA) I'll be sure to look for it. We have tried their Volcano Shrimp appetizer and found it to be excellent. Nicely spicy! Peace, love and peppers Lorraine
