As a beverage I'd have to agree, its not a very desirable flavor, but add it
to the right foods and it enhances the flavor and the heat factor. Yes there
are other hot sauces that may be much better, but in my opinion Dave's is the
hottest so far.

I do like a variety of sauces depending on the food. I prefer a fruity hot
sauce with my stir-fry and poultry dishes. I like a straight-forward kick in
the crotch flavor with beef. I like a tangy sweet flavor with pork. With
fish I prefer a more subtle flavor with a slightly smokey taste. I guess that
why I am always collecting new hot sauces to try.

As far as Dave's, its just another sauce that does have its uses depending on
your preferences. Add it to food directly or add it to your sauce or gravy
for an added flavor boost. Like all sauces it does have its uses.

That's just my opinion.
