I also received a packet of The Powder and since I wasn't doing any 
cooking right away, I took it to work with me to show it off.  We had 
a bunch of Philly soft pretzels in the freezer (left from last weeks 
trip) and heated them in the toaster oven, topped them off with 
mustard and The Powder.  Zowie, that was fun!  Some folks loved it 
and others went running the other way.  That usually means it's a hot 
success.  I like the aroma from it as it doen't have that chemical 
off odor like other powders.  Can't wait to try it some other stuff.
