Just made some very good hot pepper jelly using Red Halopena, Serrano
and some Habenero, didn't jel the first time but Sure Jel sent a recipe
for a fix and it worked beautifully,(if anyone wants the formula for the
fix please ask) I'd like to swap a jar or 2 (Pint)for either a couple of
Chiltepin plants or maybe some of Calvins Powder? any takers? this is
good stuff!!!I live a bit North of Tampa so temperatures will soon be
warm enough.
