[CH] Off topic: ISP measured charges

When someone posted about measured service for Internet access, I dutifully
e-mailed my comments to the FCC, thinking that this monster reared its ugly
head again.

The FCC replied, stating that the matter was resolved (with no charges
permitted) in May and remains dead.

If anyone wants the copy of their response, please mail me privately and I
will send the copy privately (I will trash it on Wed PM)
