Hello all, and welcome to another round of "Send me a sample!"

I have, like Calvin, been working for a while on perfecting my salt-free
Jamaican-style Jerk seasoning dry-spice mix, and am willing to send out
samples to as many people as I can.  I won't be making the next batch for
another week or two, so I can't promise you'll recieve your sample right away,
but it shouldn't take too long. 

All I ask is for your honest opinion.  I don't intend to market this so I'll
be posting the recipe for all to see (after making any alterations based upon
general opinions received from listmembers).

Just send me you Name and mailing address, and I'll mail you your sample in
two to three weeks.  Thanks again,

Disclaimer: I am not, nor have I ever claimed to be, a food-preparation
professional (although I do all the cooking at our house), or a purveyor of
fine cuisine (I like corn dogs dipped in hot sauce) nor has Bill Clinton ever
asked me for anything besides my vote (not that he got that anyway).  I have,
however, developed a reputation with everyone I know for being twisted,
