Gotta agree with Rich. Calvin offered a sample of his powder on this, a
medium that is not government-regulated. I accepted his offer and, later,
after I'd tried it, we agreed that I would compensate him for a larger
amount. During that time, we had enough e-mail correspondence that we
learned to trust each other. (FWIW, my bottle arrived before I'd sent my
check.) So, who needs government red tape in this situation? Who would want
it?
