To the person with the much-chewed plant:

Does your cat have other plants to eat? Cats need a supply of fresh green
leaves for the folic acid content. If it's an indoor cat, make sure it has
something green to eat (long fresh grass greatly appreciated by most cats),
and it might back off on your plant a little. Also, you might try growing
something sturdier and tastier, to give your tree or whatever a break. (a
chile plant, maybe?
