Tho' I am no expert, last year I stuck a few seeds from some Thai peppers
in a pot, and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I got two plants
which both bore a fair number of fiery fruits. I sowed the seeds during
March, and kept them on the sill of a south facing window (inside), until
late May or June, when I put them in the garden - still in a pot. Basically
I just gave them as much sunlight as possible. They started to fruit by
August, but stayed green until September, when I took them back inside -
mainly because the temperature was falling, something was eating the leaves
& due to the tall trees at the bottom of the garden, there was no direct
sunlight. The plants have infact recently started to sprout again.

This year, I intend to take it a little more serious & try some different
varieties.

Cheers
Paul
