		      Just got back from the big smoke {Sydney}+{Kiama visited
brother and mum , appologies to all CH's I should have called in
on .Mum used to keep a bottle of Chillies in sherry
............... Picked up a bottle of Chillies in Vodka that mum
had left over from 94 bottling , Ate some - Hint if planning to
keep for a while remove the stem these "tasted fairly much in
the Tannin spectrum"{ try chewing a bit of  deciduous bark } ,
Yuck had some about 2 years agao they were quite nice then .
a landlord of mine used to use Chillies in Whiskey for his
rheumatism 
about 15 yrs ago but then he used to take a bottle of whiskey
internally daily {he often said he felt no Pain} my Vodka
Chilles may end up being donated to medical science ,as i'm sure
his liver certainly was .
