is this a recipe for those rollups or pinwheels?
most of the cans of chopped chilies are anaheims or jalapenos
(depending) - more often anaheims which can vary in degree of heat
to get something similar, roast the anaheims (or which ever chile you
prefer), peel & dice then add to yur recipe

Subject: [CH] Diced Green Chiles
Mary,
If my recipe calls for diced green chiles (like the ones
you buy
in the can at the store) What do I want to grow to get the same
thing.
The whole green chilies in the can are green and huge, and range
in heat.
I always get so confused when picking out plants and seeds.
Thanks, Wendy
