Hey fellow CH's

I'm going to be spending some time in the city of St. Louis. Any
suggestions on some good-n-hot places to eat? How bout nightspots
for listening to some good blues? It looks like I'll be flying
back and forth to StLouie quite often, so need a few places to get
my cap fix :)

Also, the recent thread on catfish recipes got me to thinking bout
some nice fried catfish with some kind of fruit salsa. Anybody got
a recipe they'd like to share wif me? Seems to me Rael mentioned a 
yummy sounding hab/pineapple salsa..... <hint hint!!> All heat levels
gratefully accepted :)
