Dave's,of course, does taste nasty and I usually use it IN cooking rather
than ON food.  It is hot enough that a little adds heat but not much else. 
Would not care to ingest 3 tsp on food, thank you!  You might try Dave's
Total Insanity, it is not quite so hot and the flavor is not bad as a table
sauce.  Right now I'm enjoying Kryptonite, which has a nice jalapeno flavor,
but also has the chile extracts for a lot of heat.
