For what its worth , I looked in the fridge and found an empty bottle of home style Inner Beauty and an empty bottle of Sriracha . Well they weren't quite empty so I poured about half a cup of Fourex Beer in the latter , shook well then tipped it into the aforementioned sauce .Quite nice took the vinegar taste away from the sriracha and made a pretty coloured sauce with an interesting flavour Luke in Oz
