This recipe looks about right for the batter. To make the 3 Mile version
they give the then fried wings a good toss in some sort of hot pepper
sauce/paste I am not sure what it is. It isn't Habenero ( I don't Think)
wrong color, flavor, and heat. Our Local Hooters in Evansville IN Will make
you a 6 mile which is not on the menu and is quite hot. Wow a CH from Africa
in Evansville and I didn't know! too bad. I assume you were at UofE for some
reason?
