Matt,
What a great deal! Hope you get lots of good use out of your windfall. Try
stemming and halving, then cover with either honey or vodka and refrigerate
in a glass jar. Your habs will wrinkle a bit, but keep their heat and
flavor. (Freezing also works but I find it changes their texture.) Not only
that, but after a few weeks, the honey is great on bread or in sauces, and
the vodka makes divine Bloody Marys. MMM.... :)
