As I am usually overwhelmed with garden produce when the wild blackberries are ready, I just pick, wash, drain and freeze in containers. Then they are ready all winter to eat plain or mix with whatever turns me on at the time. We like blackberry cake-very rich and a beautiful color. Did anyone figure out how they are going to taste with habaneros? Not really sure about that. Joanne
