[CH] CH sighting

So I'm driving the usual freeway this morning, cruising to work on
auto-pilot, when suddenly, in the lane next to me I see a New Mexico
license plate with "HOTPEPR" on it. Unusual to see a New Mexico car during
the southern california morning commute. 
Then I figure, hell - it HAS to be one of the Chile-heads members.  This
car even had a small ristra hanging from the rearview mirror (where the
fuzzy dice ought to be)!
So which one of you guys (I think the driver was male; didn't get too god a
look) was heading north on Interstate 5 near Irvine about 9:00am in an
older model Mercedes? (Today, March 2nd.)
