I put chipotles on many things - 2 places I think they really are nice

1) Scrambled Eggs / Omelettes - just sprinkled on the first a minute
before eating, and put into the beaten egg for the 2nd.

2) In tuna fish salad - to a 6oz tin of tuna, add 2 tbl chopped onion,
2 tbl chopped celery, 2 tbl chopped olives, 3 tbl Mayonaise, 1/4 to 2 tsp
crushed chipotle ( I use about 1 tsp ) and mix and served on toasted
bread ( white or wheat ) make 2 good sandwiches ( 3 if your cheap with
the tuna )

You can add things like garlic, "Old Bay", parsley, mustard powder, etc
to taste of course.
