Here in Houston, you can get nopales in Fiesta supermarkets, fresh in big pads, with the fresh vegetables, also bagged fresh, sliced up, like the baby carrots in bags, as well as in jars with I believe either water or vinegar. They seem to be usually available. Erica naughyde@aol.com
