Hi ChefChile,

This is a bit of an apology.  In my possum post I asked for Raels
suggestion for an improvement on a recipe.

How could I have left you out of that?

Slap*#! Slap*#! Slap *#! (Rapidly slapping myself in the face!)

The recipe seemed a bit bland in spite of peppers being included.

I see this as a universal type recipe which could also apply to Turkey
or anything with a hollow cavity!
