No, the plants have been potted for quite a while, over a year if not more.

It really worked! The flying beasts were all dead after a good spray of
soap and water. I'm also holding back on water, so that the eggs don't
hatch. It seems to be working beautifully, since I haven't seen no flying
creatures since the spray.
