 1 small onion quartered
 1 bunch cilantro
 1 tsp crushed garlic
 6 tbsp olive oil

 In a food processor(or whatever you may use) chop onions coursely.  Add the
cilantro and garlic and process until finely chopped.  While the motor is
still running(if possible) slowly add olive oil.  Continue to process until
thick and creamy.  Scrape into serving bowl, and you are ready to go:)  This
was a very basic and simple recipe, hope it was what you were looking for.
