[CH] Salsa & Mex food

How true...there is a little place in the Dutch town, famous for its
tulip festival, of Lynden Washington, where we had fabulous Mexican
food, as hot as we wanted it, and the freshly made salsa was just
terrific, and they would re-fill your bowl, when you ran out. We have
eaten there a few times, we like to go to Lynden, pretty town, it is
near Bellingham, which has no good Mexican joints at all, that we have
found....as you said, where you find Mexican people, you usually find
good Mexican food! (there is also a pretty good Dutch restaurant in the
