[CH] When others use weed-killers

5 years ago the people who maintain the streets  came thru and sprayed
along the curbs to kill weeds in the cracks.  They also sprayed some
into my garden killing some specimen plants,  it was pretty obvious  as
they did not bother to clean up the dead weeds on the empty lot next
door.

I called the company, they ignored me so I called the city.  Then I
wrote the EPA with a copy to the city and the company.    They paid for
new plants and sent a man out to dig the dead ones out and plant the new
ones.
I won!
