[CH] Salsa Recipe Request

I am new here and haven't posted before, but I love reading all of your posts.
My mailbox is always full !  

I am growing habanero, serrano, cayenne, jalapeno,  hot banana and red chile
(thats what the label called them) peppers.  We also have several tomato
plants just loaded with tomatos.  They will begin to ripen soon and I'd love
to try my hand at making home made salsa.  Does anyone have a good recipe?
With lots of tomato and lots of heat!  I'd appreciate it.  Also where can I
find tomatillo plants/seeds?  I've searched everywhere and can't find any.
