1 stick butter (Hey! This ain't the Weight Watchers Mailing List)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbs. basil (fresh if you have it)
2 Tbs. cilantro (ditto)
1 Tbs. Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Seasoning (say Sasheray)
1 tsp. crushed garlic
A little ground hab powder would be nice if you can handle it

Place all ingredients in a measuring cup. Microwave till butter is soft
and stir till a smooth consistency. Any amount left over can be kept in
fridge for later use.

Spread about a tablespoon full of the butter mixture on each ear of corn
and wrap in foil. Place ears on grill, high above the coals. Cook for 30
minutes, turning 1/3 revolution each 10 minutes.

I cook this regularly and it always gets a lot of compliments.

The extra butter is great on baked potatoes. Put it on popcorn and you
will be in heaven, but you will probably have to fight off all of your
pets. They tend to drool on your shoes while they watch you eat this

Lets see what else is in this little leather pouch
