Chile sees are tough; I've actually gotten plants from *pickled* ones
I planted on what I took at the time to be a lunatic hunch. (I couldn't
find seeds for the variety anywhere else, and figured hey, what the
heck.) I don't see why a dehydrator would be a problem; they don't get
that hot, from what I know of them.
