About a year or so ago someone on this list sent me a sample of something
called "Angelos Rub".  We used it on pork loins all summer long and really
enjoyed it.  The problem is I don't remember who offered this and we're
almost out.  If you're still out there or someone recalls the source of this
please email me privately.  The stuff was great and I would recommend
purchasing it - not too hot, but very flavorful.
