Mary, I don't know where the hottest food is, but at a restaurant in Milwaukee, WI (it's called La Perla) you can ride a bucking pepper. Formerly of a bull riding variety, it has been modified for CH thrill seekers. They have pictures on the wall of people who have token the challenge. Jeff
