As has been recently proved, the following is a good stir fry

Use a wok to cook it, or a DEEP pan.

Place 3-4 beakers of dry cous cous in a pan of 1 pintof boilin g water.
Boil for ~10 mins until soft. Heat a little nut oil in a wok and flavour
qwith garlic and enough Thai Red Hot chillies to shake a stick at. Part
fry a selection of green vegetables the add boiled, drained cous cous. Add
a final sprinkle of whatever herbs you fancy (ginger is good). Stir well
in wok, to mix evenly. Add one small tea cup of chopped onion.

Cover wok and lezaave on heat to allow flavours to infuse.

Serve with flat breads of choise and dig in !!

That which doesn't kill us, makes us strong ! <Nietzsche>
