I have been advised to try out the Padang dishes of Indonesia, as I am fond of the odd chilli. However, I cannot find a recipe book to give me these particular recipes. Could some kind soul (possibly from Indonesia, itself) please point me at a suitable volume or possible post a recipe on this Web ?
