[CH] Chile paste

The indonesian  chile pastes known as Sambals  are very dense, quite
dry, usually look very dark red and have some oil in them.   Sambal
Oelek,  Sambal Badjak are the most common.
I buy them at a local asian market,  however I believe there is a
website where they are sold.  I will look through my vast file of
bookmarks and see if I can find it.

You can also use it as a base and add to it if it is not hot enough for
you.  Most are pretty hot. as is.
