A word of warning !!

Safely store your sauces, securely.  My cat upset a bottle of Jim's
Backdraft that was on a shelf.  Not surpringly, the bottle fell off of the
shelf and shattered on the floor.  Only discovering this breakage in the
morning, I duly cleaned all the mess up and swore at the cat.  However, I
then noticed distinct stains and blister on the lino, where the chilli had
been.  All this and you can eat the sauce, yet.
