One of our esteemed colleagues suggested that we let people know where we
live. Not a bad idea if you want to.  I'm always surprised at how many
people really like hot food.  We have a easy recipie for a quick relish we
make for gatherings and fun.  

1/2 cup minced fresh or frozen jalapenos/( with a few habaneros if you like
it really hot)
1/2 cup minced fresh onion.  
2 tsps lemon juice

We make this as a relish for hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.  We have a Zyliss
brand chopper that we wouldn't be without.  Took some to a hayride on
Halloween and some people were even spooning it into their chili!  A couple
of non-chile-heads thought it was a chip dip - much to their surprise!  As
is said in North Dakota - Uff Da.
