This is an excellent idea. I was nervous about meeting Eric at first (and
later he admitted to me he was too) but we got on just about as well as two
chile-heads could, and now celebrate birthdays and other events together.
He's the first person I have ever seen that could finish Chicken Curry "Thai
Hot" at our local Thai eatery. I'm working toward that mark, but by the
time I get there, he'll probably be up to DOUBLE Thai hot or some such
thing.

We don't exactly see eye to eye on some topics (football) but on the
important stuff, chiles, beer, tequila, and good food, we are peas in a pod.
And Eric is correct. There are never leftovers.

Cheers and I'd love to hear about how other chile-heads got hooked up over
the list.
