An incredibly simple (and TASTY) use for canned chipotle in adobo is in
taco mixes. I use standard packets of "Old El Paso" or half a dozen other
varieties of taco mix, substituting ground turkey or reconstituted frozen
tofu for the ground beef.  After browning the meat, you add the taco mix
and water (I use beer here) + however much of the can of chipotles you can
handle and let simmer for ~20-30 minutes.  Serve with refrieds, tortillas
and sharp cheddar +whatever veggies you like (I dig LOTS of cilantro and
fresh tomatoes, but it's a little late in the year for THEM).
