To any of you who grow datils:

I'm finally harvesting all my datils, and am trying to decide whether to
dry or freeze them for preservation.  What I'm wondering is whether they
loose much of their remarkable pungency when dried (I'm not talking about
heat here--people who've tried datils know what I mean).  I
would rather dry them, but I want to preserve that perfume if at all
possible.

Any thoughts?
