Sounds gorgeous.  Mine is simpler, though: I pop it plain, butter
it, then shake in quite a lot of plain red and black pepper (the
black pepper is nice with the corn), and sometimes but not always 
some parmesan or buttermilk powder and/or a little garlic salt.
