It tastes like the first, gentle rain on a beautiful spring day,
fresh and delightful, leaving a flavour on the taste buds, that begs
for a renewal. In short, it is wonderful, and life just would not be
the same without it! Do I like cilantro????? YeeHaw! Doug in BC

hay doug here's a recipe for you, this is alittle recipe that my wife
loves to make it is good but a little strong for me.

take one bunch or two bunches of the freshest cilantro that you can
find. put into a blender with a egg and as much garlic to suit your
fancy and blend until desired consistance is reached pour mixture
into a pan of boiling hot water about a cup of water ( if using two
bunches add another cup of boiling water) beat mixture so that it
is good and frothy and eat. my wife loves to eat it by dipping
homemade bread into it. a good jalepeno cheese bread would go nicely
with this, but my wife says yuck !! so eat as you will.
