Though you’re all probably long tired of the subject of dislikes, I have
got to make a confession. Sacrilegious as it is, I’ve always thought
haberneros tasted like dirt! OK, I’ve said it. I love about every other
pepper, and can’t get enough cilantro, although when I first started using
it, I thought a pinch was plenty. And then many years ago I thought
Tabasco was HOT! Maybe if I keep trying the Habs I’ll come around.

By the way, thanks for all the answers about wabasi. I can’t wait to try
some. If it has any flavor of a normal horseradish, I know I’ll love it.

Happy Holiday!
