One thing that I noticed when I was in the UK was the amazing dearth of SE
asian food. Lots of indian stuff, but no Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean
(chile crab rolls -- yum) stuff to be seen. What do the brits have against
the Best Food In The World, anyway? I went a whole month without a decent
rendang!

I notice that your site deals exclusively with Indian curries; do you have a
reasonable excuse? Is there some EC regulation about it?

Whew, that's better. Anyway, I must be off, I'm going to make me some REAL
curry, with lime leaves (didn't I hear something about an import ban in the
UK?), galangal, not so much cumin and a big bowl of chile peanuts on the
side.
