[CH] Results of an experiment

I had too many peppers to fit in my dehydrator  and  did not have time
(or space)  to jury-rig  drying racks.

I had saved sever of the net bags that onions come in -  me pack-rat.
I put several peppers in each bag and hooked the bags to  my  overhead
furnace vents.
"Interesting Decor"

I have been ignoring them for a couple of weeks  and  took one down last
evening  and they have dried beautifully.
It may look a little odd is some houses, but  mine  is  eclectic
anyway.  Visitors who know me well are seldom surprised at anything they
might come across.
