Dear Brent, Cameron and anyone else interested?

I have been using them fresh this year mainly the ripe/red ones and we really
liked the flavor. We also used the Suryas (Indian similiar to Cayennes) fresh
as well.

I also bought some plants this year called Mucha Mole they produce large
fruits about 9" long and 1" diameter and are quite flavorful, light heat.
When dried they are Chile Negro I am told. We loved them fresh cut into nice
wide slices in stir fried veggies as they are quite pretty and mild. Again we
liked the red ripe flavor rather than the green taste. Maybe I just liked the
colorful fiesta-look.

Connie thanks again for the chile pepper plant emergency first aid info! I am
on my way out with shovel in hand and TLC. I have a large family room with
two sides of glass for bright light and some huge terra cotta pots and B-1!
The only problem will be the dry heat of the wood stove but it is situated 15
feet away and I use a cast iron pot of water on top to replace the humidity.
