Regardless of the spelling of Habanero, if you want a tilde to spell
Jalapeņo do this:  Make sure your Numlock is on, hold down the Alt key and
press 164 on the numeric keypad.  Windows has a applet called Character Map
that has the numeric keypad strokes for all the international characters.
