I made the recipe for Spiced Pecans yesterday afternoon and doubled it
since we have an office munchie fest on 24th of Dec I wanted to make
something spicy so I substituted Blair's extract powder..... (not sure what
the name is .... it eat the Label off a while ago <g>.) for 1/2 the amount
cinnamon (actually only put in 1.5tsp instead of 1Tbl) of it gave a great
heat the cinnamon came in first and when you stopped eating it the blairs
would kick in..... very enjoyable only problem was if you breathe through
your mouth when eating th Pecans you would start coughing
